where do i get the scroll? still in keaghan and leo?
Alright so instead of making another thread i just decide to just kill this one since uhh its not longer needed.
I currently have a victorious footsteps regina leg feather, is it worth anything? What do people base a orange essence price off of? Whats the best and whats the worst skill? Is victorious footsteps even good? On second thought i'm actually just interested in the price of this regina leg skills. So please tell me that? Thanks

Also be aware scrolls like sentinel got buffed and got new stats like a bit of crit or balance and can be used in any type of armor so it could actually be a decent option now depending on your build
