I ran two hero runs today where everyone but me gets a hero supply box? What is up with that?

    Nope. Not there. This has happened twice today. When I read the system chat box I see everyone gets one except me.

    The boxes are RNG. From my limited experience, you will either get 0 or 1 box from a Hero run, similar to how you get 0 or 1 Superior Gem Boxes from the 'final' core in a Niflheim run.
