missing npc recipes

i got back from not playing in a long wile and the recipes for armor, weapons, and other things are no longer there.

    The new Rise update notes stated that the NPC Craft Items were removed (well, most of them). The only way to craft Armor/Weapons is through Expertise. Its all in the Rise Update Notes.
