Server Merge? where? where?

I seem to recall promises of a server merge between East and West at one time. Any update on that? Not "service" merge, but "SERVER" merge. Whatever happened to that plan?

    They promised to look into it after they finish the EU migration, there are no updates as of yet though.

    I know of people that have completely abandoned East with multiple level 90 chars, to start fresh on West. They say its a totally different and nicer community altogether. But I just don't think I have the patience to start over from scratch.

    I have chars on both east and west is not that much different, you're going to find people from east on west and you can find people from west on east too
