Not surprised Evie is up there, she was always popular. A new character would come out and people would flock to it in droves, then once the hype wore off, right back to Evie.
Easy. As in, easy mode.
If you know what to Perfect Guard and what to avoid, you LITERALLY cannot be touched with Fiona.
Also, Sword Fiona is ridiculously OP. That poor Hammer....
So...nobody plays her because she's too powerful? Usually it's the inverse that applies, one character is OP compared to the rest and EVERYBODY plays it.
Strange correlation.
And I would think actually mastering Fiona and the precision (timing, position, and what you can and cannot counter) necessary to consistently Perfect/Counter would mean that she has a steep learning curve.
That's what you think, but playing an agressive fiona ( to optimize one's damage ) involves taking risks and being exposed to incoming hits. Other than that she is an easy character to handle, especially for those starting the game. I still see a decent amount of fionas out there ( EU server ). I would say the chars I see the less are lynns and karoks : p
