NX not showing available use

Friend loaded up a Karma koin card, and the NX does show on her transaction history page, as well as currently charged, but whenever she opens the Supply Depot, Avatar Shop, or even the Outfitters, it say's she doesn't have any. She's logged on and off, reopened the game entirely, restarted the Nexon Launcher, but still isn't showing. Known/old issue or just a really really slow system?

    Can close thread; she somehow charged it on a different account, though not sure how she managed to do that..
