Character Deletion

I deleted some old characters some 10 days ago and they are still not deleted. I know the process takes two days, no problem, but we're going on the end of two weeks now and that is a problem. It has already caused me to have to add two characters slots, which cost REAL MONEY. Please delete the indicated characters so I don't have to PAY to explore another class !!!!!!!!!!!

    They dont delete characters i got some alts on delete since ive started to play and they still on delete so its from around 2014

    Did you confirm the deletion? Deleting a character is a two-step process:
    First you must place the character on a deletion pending list, then after 2 days you have to confirm the deletion and type a message exactly as you see it.
