Maiosdoesn't spawn at The Way Home mission(solved)

i did the quest two times on 70-79 diffliculty and one time on the easy diffliculty
the final boss kinda didn't spawn at the last area (even after killing the reapers and we can go back to the B portal)
thank you,i hope it can be fix-ed
(or i'm doing something wrong?)

    In the last area the boss room is accessible via a portal hidden in the stone structure directly to the right when entering the area. You need to break the wall with attacks, then you can enter when you killed the reapers and get to the boss.
