battle failed in easy mode

hi, admin can you fix for me, my id name YuuNax , evie staff lv 82, europe server, when i go easy mode for main Quest in ss2, complete and put end battle, but it failed and i can't understand, my friend can go but i can't, pls fix for me

    Don't use end battle, wait for the quest to complete.

    If that doesn't do it then please give some more information like which quest and mission you are on. As well as a screenshot of the issue.

    You likely left the mission too soon. You need to wait and make sure your system chat says you got credit for completing the mission objective.
