Festival Trophys cant be used on new item in shop

Hi,
When I try to use the festival trophy to exchange for the new item in the inn, it wont let me.

    You have to finish the Alban Festival event and get the gold festival trophy or whatever

    Ah, so only the gold festival trophy can be exchange for the new items that you get once you finish the festival.

    If you mean the new hats and the Festival box, those are available for the gold trophies, which you get by completing 20 rounds of the spear master and/or wall master game.
