I dunno... I think you could make 2B a bit closer than that. Perhaps these might spur some ideas:
-Sharpshooter boots, the heels aren't as extreme, but it is bland, and has a good length.
-If they ever release more inners for Delia, Strapless Lace Inner would be a good choice combination with the boots, but Delias might have to make due with something like Sister inner for now.
-Emperor's Graceful tunic (pvp tunic, female STR only). The napkin might be bothersome, but it has the sleeves.
-Try a Wonderland Mini Dress? It has the ribbon on the back, doesn't have layers of frills, and most tunics cover up the top part. The buttons might still be annoying though.
-Closest bastard sword might be Demon Fang due to blade shape.

That is about to change. In Korea, I believe it was listed under developer notes, but various female avatar items and other vanity items became unlocked so other female characters can wear them. If I remember correctly, both variants of the female Dark Rev outfitter was unlocked so all females can wear it. Other female characters can also wear Fiona's rosebud items and summer sunglasses. Summer Sandals were also unlocked so they are no longer character specific. Yes! Other females will be able to wear Fiona's summer heels. :-)

Not sure about being able to wear Evie's Swim Suit on Lynn. Summer Sandals will no longer be character specific, so yes! Scarlet Witch Set will NOT be unlocked for all females since it isn't an outfitter or a vanity item like Fiona's Rosebud/Summer Sunglasses. There will also be a change to the avatar shop; hair and inner that were typically available to x character will now be available to multiple characters as long as x characters are of the same gender/same body type. Example would be Arisha being able to wear Delia's Stocked Striped Bikini or other female characters that don't already have this inner, being able to use Vella's White Shark Inner.
New Inner + feature. Not sure what that does though.
Off-topic : For anyone that hasn't checked the Character Creator, a Randomize button was added. :-) Premium hair styles and hair colors were removed from the creator and are available until after you create your character.

Still needs some blue and hot pink dyes. Could use that dual hair that Korea has right about now +cold
