    Probably just bad programming because you should be getting 2 MATT for every INT point anyway.

    i managed to join a 3.5k matt boat on a delia without lvl 90 wpn, so it could be soething else preventing you

    funny thing is once youre on the boat you can swap out gear to be under requirement and still go. so what's the point?
