Haven't Been Able To Receive Whispers For Weeks

I used to think people just weren't responding for whatever reason, but I recently found out I actually can't receive whispers and I have no idea how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

    I forget if it effects whispers but if you are playing through Steam, then there has been a long standing issue where players cannot see people on their Friend List, and people who are not using Steam see Steam-users as offline.

    I just discovered today I cannot see whispers. I am uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it helps. I do not use steam, I use the Nexon launcher.

    You have to go to options and uncheck the whispers box under the UI tab.
