    I like Philadelphia cream-cheese. It even came with a cheesecake recipe that taught me how to make cheesecake a long time ago.

    I'm able to find provolone easily at local Subways and Wal-marts. Edam Cheese Balls also from Wal-mart as well, but it is really expensive to get.

    @Ikarsu I meant the Holland cheese that is hard to find xD I can find provolone anywhere, but yeah there are about no walmarts here who sell Holland Cheese. :l

    @sanuien Even deli markets? Usually I have luck finding them there. Either that or Publix happens to sell some. There's also variants of Holland cheese as well, so that could be another possibility.
