Yes. Make sure your stats are maxed out and use the item called "Stimulant: Lion's Roar" to clear the mobs and run to the boss room as fast as you can.
Basically the legitimate way is to get victorious footsteps lv 5 on one person, and have another with cheerful steps level 5 from abomination.
Then position yourselves where the monsters are required to be killed to progress and destroy them as fast as you can.
The tough part is killing those "ghosts" 0r w/e the heck they are called (Good god that's giving me a silent hill 4 vibe), and HOPING to Elchulus that Magus doesn't rain on the parade when he spawns. ><
Skip the erg pots and luminaries, and head straight for the boss.
Spam your best and most damaging skills as fast as possible.
Other than that... You're essentially golden to clear it in under 5 minutes.
I did that with a twin spear lann and we did not need DED run for it.
