I'm just curious if the title for getting ~1100 Small Spirit Remnants and giving them to Flovian was reset if you didn't have it.

Like if I have 900 turned in before they removed Flovian, do I still have 900 submitted now?

    The quest penny pitcher didn't reset, so i doubt your cumulative count got reset either.

    It's not guaranteed at 1100.

    You have no chance to get the title before you turn in 1000. After you get 1000, it's ~1% chance per spirit to get the title. Whether you get it at 1001 or past 1300 is up to rng gods.
