AP Weapon Restoration is not showing up!

I went to the Strange Traveler in Colhen and the "Other" tab is missing. I've tried relogging and changing channels but there is still no "Other" tab.

    Under numerous Whispers , "Of course it's still there scrub. You stupid peasant." I've come to the conclusion I'm bugged. What do I do?

    After this patch you need to be level 90 to see that option.
    Can you try again in a level 90 character?
