Pioneer of Change Description is False
The image on the left is the description from the exchange shop stating that the item can be transferred via shared storage. When I actually exchanged for the item, the description in the inventory states that the item is bound to my character.
Extremely annoyed since Power of Change tickets can't use shared storage either now my alt is stuck with a title I can't transfer.
