Legacy Crafting Materials Conversion

Since the RISE update a lot of my previous materials I've hoarded for crafting is now useless, my only options to get some use out of them now is to either sell them to NPC or marketplace for well below their historic value or just burn them at Flovian campfire.

Instead why don't you guys have a limited time feature to convert some of our now junk material into the associated Pigment or Additive, it would help ease a lot of the frustration that people may have, and would make our materials less useless.
