Mail for a item that i can't delette

Hi I have got a mail for an item a first time than a 2nd mail few time later

In those mail there was an item because my inventory was full, i was having 2 chest of free space and this caracter never got his inventory full yet. but this is not the prob.

extra info: the item have been drop during a battle, and i have correctly got it in my inventory and i have still this item in my inventory (if you need to check it) in the chat there was only 1 item of this kind drop from evil core.

The problem is, when i want to receive the item i can't and if i want to delette the mail i can't too because the item is not receive.
