Pulpy Essence Item Quest Glitched HELP!!!!!!

Milo didn't give me the Pulpy essence after I finished the Cave Reaper Quest. I went back to the quest and did it a few times, but nothing happened. I went and talked to Enzo, but nothing happened. Help me!!
