Where can I find a Berserker ES these days? I'm not sure where it drops anymore.

    Both. From my knowledge everything that drops in normal mode drops in hero as well.

    ^^Hero mode isn't worth it for the drops, simply for entertainment value. Nothing like doing a raid that takes 4 times as long just to get a fistful of magic powders.
