Does anyone know when level 95 will be out?

The first day of rise I saw on the character growth goals that getting to level 95 rewards you with something. I also noticed that when I hover over my exp when I open up my char menu that it shows 0/15,603,870 exp rather than the "--" characters. If that's the case, when will it allow us to gain exp towards lvl 95?
