    (EDIT) If you want to complete the quest "Collecting Leather Sheaths" Then you need to buy the Pre-rise sheaths from the MP. thing is they don't drop anymore after the Rise update. so only a small amount of people are going to be able to complete this quest, till Nexon/Devcat fixes the scripts they broke

    I was able to complete Formorian Technology just fine, But Ellis was still alive at the time, As for Collecting Leather sheaths, i cant complete it
    Haven't gotten the other quests yet
