Scattered Orders [solved]
Battle Quest: The Awakening - Armor of Darkness does not appear in any location, no npcs (specifically Nyle, as it says in the quest description) unlock it, and story progression mode does not allow me to do it.
I am a returning merc, lvl 28, and this quest pretty much just replaced whatever the story was before so I also have no clue if I just need some kind of requirement
