Can't upequip/delete Cat Statue (Under level 90)

I reached level 90 with the Cat Statue (Under level 90) equipped. I can't seemed to unequip it neither destroy or sell it.
The item doesn't appear in the slot in the 3 new equipment slots. Right clicking on the item just tells me I am too high level to equip it.

I could remedy this problem probably by equipping a different artifact, but as I do not own one I reported it here.
