Can't post images. Did I miss something?

So I press the image button and get this... image

All I see is a little box. I'm using imgur like most people I've seen. Any idea what's wrong?

    the code changed to <img src="LINK TO PIC HERE .JPG" />
    The link must be the one lead to the pic without any code like [img]asdasd[/img]

    First uplaod a pic then click on it.

    Should get a screen that looks like this
