This new 5% mail fee is too high for CODs and sending gold to characters on different accounts. KR's economy is not inflated like ours is, that's why this fee is fine over there. 10m in KR is 100m here. KR also doesn't deal with large sums of gold as often as our region does. Either revert the fees to what they used to be, remove them altogether, or lower them to something reasonable. CODs should not have a fee at all.
If you wanted to move 100m from your character on another account, you would lose 5m each time you did that. If you wanted to buy an enhanced item for 1b and had to move that money to the character you want the item on, you would lose 50m and no longer be able to afford it. If you sold an item for 2.1b, you would lose 105m. The fees also add up quickly.
For example, if you were to list an item for 1b on the marketplace, it would cost 100k to list it. When the item sells, you only get 950m because 5% is deducted.
Using the same example, if you were to send 1b to an alt on a different account, it would cost 50m to send it. If you send 1b via cod to your alt on that other account, you pay 1b but your alt only receives 950m.
