How to disable IP account security?

My IP is changing every time i turn off my router, which means i have "different IP" error every day. Now i have to wait 10 minutes every day after game launch. Is there a way to disable this? It's even more stupid and annyoing than 7 days character removal and secondary password.

    So it's another "defence system" more problematic for user than for hacker. Like Steam Mobile Token.
