Fix cooperative play - Don't auto-disband parties

A lot of really great changes in the recent patch making leveling a lot easier. But it's come with a (hopefully) unexpected detractor in the cooperative potential of the game.

Where We Are Now
With the new change, parties now disband automatically any time you exit a boat.
This would be an inconvenience in the best of times, but now with such fast and accessible solo play, this change makes one want to run solo missions rather than playing with friends, which isn't a mentality that you should promote in a multiplayer game.

One Step Improvement
The easiest fix would be to just not auto-disband parties every time you exit a boat.
You could even give players a configurable option that allows them to choose whether or not they want to stick in a party upon completing missions so that people that mostly play with friends can run through multiple missions together or maintain their raid-train.

Best Case Scenario
To really push success as a multiplayer game, it should be at least as easy to play multiplayer as it is to play single player.
You should be able to form a party from in town, and then create quick-battles with that party as easily as you can right now in solo play.
