Kai's bomb throwing makes his attack speed reduced

I reported this one before but it is still there. When you throw a hand bomb and immediately normal attack, your fire rate is greatly reduced until you stop firing and reload.

    This is getting bumped. this is still happening and i dont know if they looked at it, tested it, or just ignored it.
