Cannot send in a ticket and cannot log in

It seems I'm unable to send in a ticket. I press "Send" and the page just refreshes. Looking at my requests, no ticket was sent :/

The issue I'm having is that I can't login to the game launcher, it gives this error:

But nowhere on the site do I see this option. I tried the "Reset Account" option but nothing changed and it continues to give me the same error message.

    You might want to wait until the maintenance is finished.

    The ticket refreshing issue happens sometimes, but check your e-mail to see if it got through. If the issue persists, try a different browser or messaging GM Jentemoon here on the forums to see if you can't get some assistance with that.
