Picking items from bosses bug

Guys i discover a horrible bug:

eevrytime when im going to this misstion : Wood Man Production Guide
and also it happend to me in Live Life i cant pick up the item from the boss and it suppose to give me the items for the quest... but anther items from normal mobs are ayble to be picking up.... this is awfull.... please help me.....after im trying to pick it its gone....
least time i did the misstion about 10 times and then it worked.....

    Usually I get the same message when I kill the boss too quick.

    There's a message saying that I need to wait for 2-3 minutes before I can get the items. And if I wait, then the mission automatically completes and I get the boss' items. But if I try to pick them up before this time, then I get the message about the items not being available right now.

    Yes, just wait a few minutes and you will automatically receive the rewards, and the "Battle Cleared" window will pop up.

    This "Oh, you completed the mission too fast? We'll make you wait then because you might be bot" system really sucks, I'm glad they're removing it with the rise update, so you won't have to deal with it in the future.

    As the others have said, it's not a bug. The system chat clearly says "Please wait a moment and try again." You haven't even waited 5 minutes in that screenshot.

    I thought it was a bug too, just pay attention to the all chat since it doesn't show up in party or guild chat
