Cant buy NX in Europ server

Hey guys. i cant buy NX at all and this is the massage that im having when im trying to get NX:

and the thing is : im already lvl 72. and my Char is open for almost 1 week.

    Just contact them. We can't help you with this type of stuff and can only give suggestions. Billing issues is something you need to contact Nexon about.
