Gremlin Exchange Shop Ended 1 Week Too Early

So basically, the shop and ticket said they'll be up and usable until 6/14. This is only 6/7 which I'm aware that the event ended today. There isn't any warning of ending the exchange store early from management. So I'm assuming this is just a mistake and need to be reinstated.
