Leopard's Enchant bug

I got a Leopard's Enchant scroll that can be used to enchant Weapons, but for some reason the lvl80 bastard sword from level up event for Delia can't be used with the scroll, but the lvl70 one from the same event can.

Any solution ?

    This intentional, the level 80 event gear are exempt from fusing, enchants, enhance, etc.
