Not getting stat boosts from new titles

I just finished making the Exquisite Laghodessa Slayer Set and completed the Upgraded title and got no stat boosts. I was watching it because I am sure I did not get my stats from a few other titles before this. I have logged out and back in and still no change.

    They added title sharing recently. Did you already get that title on another character? Because if so then everyone on the account has the stats already if they reached the level requirement for it.
