Short question - Outfitter transferability?

I'm wondering whether you can move outfitters that you purchase between characters on an account. Presumably not (even Forgemaster has to go through the MP to move...), but just making sure.

    No you cannot move outfitters.

    Would be nice if we can transfer outfits but at the cost of NX in order to do it.
