Never received level up gift

Hello. I made a new Hurk and I never received my level up gift. Is anything that can be done about this or anything I should check? Thank you for your time.

    You need to be more specific. What gift did you not receive? If you are referring to Bagception - the gift bag that you receive at level 10 and opens up to a new bag every 5 levels until level 85 - then that no longer exists.

    Ah ok yes that was it. I am new to this game and my friend had it and was wondering why I didn't but he started playing a very long time ago probably when bagception was still in the game. Thank you for your help.
