+15 Weapon for Winning Monthly 1v1 PvP Tournaments

We should have 1v1 PvP Arena Tournaments held on the last weekend at the end of every month. Those who wish to participate need to submit their entry by the middle of the month before the Tournament Roster is finalized. For balanced matches, it may be necessary to cap stats at certain numbers or possibly limit the use of certain skills.

Depending on how many people sign up, players can be placed into the following level divisions:

50 to 59
60 to 69
70 to 79
80 to 89
90 & Future Level Caps

Prizes rewarded to the top 5 players of each division:

1st Place: +15 Weapon
2nd Place: +14 Weapon
3rd Place: +13 Weapon
4th Place: +12 Weapon
5th Place: +11 Weapon

These weapons will be bound to the winners and cannot be traded to other players.

How this improves the game:

1. Nexon can use these tournament matches to promote the game by posting videos of final rounds and/or highlighted match-ups on Youtube and Facebook.
2. It's new content for players to look forward to every month which allows them opportunities to compete, show off their skills, and become famous.
3. Gives players, who have broken their weapons trying to forge past +10, a chance to win an even better weapon than they had before.

Actually there's a pvp tournament update in Korea, but it never made it here (or anywhere else?) for some reason. Winner can rent a special +15 weapon for few days.
