Highest Title Count Possible for Sylas?

I'm not entirely sure how high Sylas can get when it comes to a title count, I'm wondering if Sylas can hit 700 titles (not here specifically, but at all on any server at all). So please, post screenshots of the highest title count on a Sylas you can find. I know he can hit 600, I have 600+ discovered and the count doesn't have to be earned. I just wanna know how high he can get overall.

    It says 651/658 but I have 651/668 (messed up due to account shareable titles) I had 613 before titles were shared.

    Thanks! However I found a 700 KR Sylas, so I know it'll be possible with a few more updates :D That's really all I needed, thank you though!!
