This little kitty doesn't seem to do what the text promises.
Once there were buttons to the avatar + dye shop.

    Acutally, this Kitty is completely useless now since you can access the shops wherever you want with the buttons found in the UI.
    Useless cats found everywhere, but useful NPCs only in 1 town at a time... *sighs*

    Still a bug. I just can't remember if Kayna allowed you to enter the dye shop or not, I believe only Clodagh did.
