So there's often the discussion of "female armor" where the skimpier the armor the more defense you have. Our armor in Vindi is a little better however, realistically why do you think we don't wear armor that's probably more functional.

My guesses are in the poll
  1. Why is our armor the way it is and not more "functional"12 votes
    1. Clodagh threatens to kill us in our sleep if we don't wear the armor she makes.

    2. Ferghus hand slipped and the "fashion" is how the armor is salvaged
       8% (1 vote)
    3. Comfort and fashion, we wear the so often we want to be comfortable in it and mercenary work is dang
       17% (2 votes)
    4. Who cares about functionality, we're so awesome we make it work and only get hit where armor is cove
       8% (1 vote)
    5. The armor IS functional, you just don't know anything about how to make armor functional

    6. We're trying to seduce Fomors and everyone else with our armor for battle and other advantages
       33% (4 votes)
    7. Other

oh my options got cut off. Option 3 and 4 are
    3) Comfort and fashion, we wear the so often we want to be comfortable in it and mercenary work is dangerous and if we die we want to die looking good.

    4) Who cares about functionality, we're so awesome we make it work and only get hit where armor is covering

our avatars are demigods who can survive anything just by ducking down and sliding a bit, holding up a buckler (at the right time), or just straight up headbutt/shoulder tackle into attacks. any armor is redundant.
