expired mails

Hello, i have a question about expired mails. I put some fashion sets in mail to other char of mine because my inventory was full and forgot about them, and they were deleted after 6 days :'( :'( . Are there any ways to retrieve them??

    Tickets are taken care of quickly nowadays. I had a problem that was resolved within two hours of my ticket.
