Mysterious Treasure Chests do not open with keys

I bought four Mysterious Treasure Chests and four Mysterious Treasure Chest Keys, but the chests do not open. They state that I need to have a key. Any idea what I can do?

    There are different versions of Mysterious Treasure Chests and Keys.
    You probably bought items from different events.
    Sadly nothing can really be done about that.
