Name change

So I came back to vindictus after a few years, realize my Lann has a messed up character name "2015110051783". Now I have been gone for quite a long time, but I am 100% sure I did not pick that number as my character name.

I don't remember what my Lann originally had as his name, but I want it back or something normal instead of this. I am not buying name change from supply depot, vindictus server screwed up during all these years when my character was dormant.

    It's not exactly a bug.
    There was an event that freed up names of characters that hadn't logged in since 2012 and had never bought NX.

    However, you can file a ticket, I believe the GMs will allow you to change your name.
