    Yes. There's another version that can be traded again, but if it say "Packaged" it will be bound. (Source = Just bought one )

    You can still send it to alts on your own account, though.

    Sadly I didn't take a screen but it wasn't tradeable through shared storage.

    I remember those were shared storage-able too, I guess they changed it :

    Really seems like that has to be unintentional. Still no GM replies on it yet, though.
