It's easy and fun. Everyone add a part and see where the story goes. I'll start off

An angry looking guy walks into the Rocheste Bar and lays a heavy sack of gold coins in front of him.....

"Twelve million on the Karok with the Teddy Bear Backpack!" he exclaimed. The jaws of other patrons dropped insecurely at such raw, unprotected gambling.

Hearing this Brakis laughs and says " Stranger, there is a Hurk over here missing 12 million in gold. He has been searching for one who matches your description."

Brakis' implication placed a dent in the betting man's confidence. Straightening himself, he assured Brakis that nothing was afoul, "No need to be concerned! Once Fluffy and his over-stuffed bear clean up this Arena, there'll be plenty of gold to go around."

Just then, one of the patrons stepped forward, slamming his own towsack of gold. His fiery red eyes twinkled as he did it. "Fifteen on Lann," he said, lips curving into a knowing grin, "you shouldn't put all your cash on a fat joke like Karok."

He took a seat next to the betting man, and crossed his arms smugly. The looks he earned from Brakis, the betting man, and the rest of the patrons at the bar were full of surprise, as if he had discovered the next revolutionary drink that could knock someone out in five seconds. His smile broadened as he trained his eyes on the betting man; you're going down, his eyes said.
