Stickied Threads no longer top of page

As the title suggests, stickied threads are no longer top of the page. Will this get fixed anytime soon?

    I'd definitely would like it fixed as well. I've been asking everyday about its progress.
    Fairly sure, I've begun to start annoying the web guys.
