    Not only does clicking on "meet Arielle" do nothing, when I relogged today as suggested above, the button was gone. this is the second time this has happened to me in 3 weeks. Am I fated never to meet Arielle and get her gifts???

    She should only appear once a month.
    Sometimes it glitches and the button appears when it shouldn't, so if you didn't get to meet her this time.
    Don't worry she will still come for her scheduled delivery later on.
